What is your shipping and handling policy?
- No International shipping. No Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
- Shipping will start in the fourth week of July or September 2025.
- Irises will be cleaned, dried, and labeled. They have roots and fans trimmed.
- We do not bleach our irises.
- Shipping cost for 1-6 iris(es): $10.65
- Shipping cost for 7-10 irises: $19.15
- Shipping cost for 11-13 irises: $26.30
- Shipping cost for 14-20 irises: $35
Is there a bonus offered?
- Order at least $75 (minus shipping) and receive one bonus iris.
- $150 will get two bonus irises.
- $225 will get three bonus irises.
- $300 and more will get four irises (Maximum).
What is your exchange and return policy?
- The cancellation fee is 10%.
- When you receive it, please look over your irises carefully. If you aren't satisfied with your order, please contact us within one week to request a refund or exchange.
- We are not responsible for any issues with your growing condition or other reasons beyond our control.
